Tasting Notes

The blend of 50% Chardonnay, 46% Pinot Noir and 4% Pinot Meunier is straight out of the Champagne winemaking manual, as is the winemaking and extended lees aging. Delicate toasty notes with red apple, peach, grilled lemon, brioche and honey. Creamy and fulsome with balancing acidity and mousse embracing toasty, vanilla, and citrus flavours through to the dry, refreshing finish.
